Our store is built on WooCommerce, and we use Stripe as our secure payment gateway to process your transactions.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

OUR PRODUCTS

We offer digital music downloads (including singles and albums) and physical merchandise (fulfilled via Printful).

  • Digital Products: Digital music is delivered in the format specified at the time of purchase.
  • Physical Products: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Digital Delivery: For digital products, access is generally granted immediately upon successful payment via Stripe.
  • Physical Goods: Your order is not accepted until confirmed. We must receive and process your payment before an order is fulfilled by our partner, Printful.
  • Usage: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution.
PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in USD. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes or shipping and handling. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided to Stripe.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical merchandise is fulfilled through Printful. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates. Once we (or our fulfillment partner) transfer products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all music, lyrics, trademarks, branding, text, images, and audio, are owned by Willoria LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly perform any of our music or content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of federal and state laws.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We use third-party tools to enhance your experience, including but not limited to Stripe for payments and Printful for fulfillment. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party websites or services. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices before you engage in any transaction.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

FEEDBACK
